As far as I know I’m home for the evening, right? No other plans. So I go to see what’s on the tube for the evening… and the only thing even remotely interesting is A Raisin in the Sun, some Made for TV Movie starring Sean Combs and John Stamos. That’s P. Ditty and Uncle Jesse, respectively, for those “in the know”.
So, I had another great weekend. Saturday morning Mum came into town with Teege to referee a hockey game. Afterwards we went for breakfast. We had just ordered when I got a call from Mr. Maybe, who had just arrived into town with Dunn at his side for a surprise breakfast date. So Dunn and Mr. Maybe met us at the restaurant for a leisurely meal. Then we did some walking up and down the main street checking out some of the stores on the hunt for some shoes and what not. The temperature was nice, the sun was shining and it was nice to just hangout all together. Sunday was the laziest day by far, but only because there was nothing really on the agenda other than a bit of tidying up and a haircut. We’ve both been bugging Dunn about letting me cut his hair for weeks now and he finally relented this weekend. So I chopped away at it last night, keeping most of the length but tightening up the front and sides. It looks pretty good, I think, and he thinks he has a skater cut so it’s all good.
I watched the Oscars last night as well. Wasn’t Cameron Diaz’s and Helen Mirren’s dresses absolutely gorgeous? That’s all I have to say about that.
